Fundraising for 2019 LifeWalk by Prism Health

UNT Center for Psychosocial Health Research will be participating in LifeWalk, a 5k walk to raise awareness and to end the AIDS epidemic. In 2017, an estimated 18,073 people were living with HIV in Dallas County. PrismHealth gives individuals with HIV/AIDS access to healthcare services, and it aims to help people live a full life with HIV. Your contributions will not only allow PrismHealth to help more individuals with HIV/AIDS, but it will also help with medical advancements and help end AIDS in North Texas.

Here at the Center for Psychosocial Health Research, we are a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to pioneering research on the psychosocial phenomena involved in healthy living, with a focus on the LGBT and HIV-positive communities. Due to our research interests, we are heavily committed and passionate to assist HIV-positive individuals and provide awareness to reduce the stigma related to HIV. Please help us by donating to this cause and contribute towards the effort to end AIDS.

Any donation you make will help.

LifeWalk will be taking place on Sunday, October 6th at 11 am in Turtle Creek Park.
