On October 11, do a 5K activity and share it!
You can walk, run, rollerblade, bike, or any other activity you want! Just don't forget to share it on social media with #LifeWalk2020 and encourage your friends to donate to your page. 5k equals 3.1 miles or 3,500 steps, or you can do 30 pushups to commemorate our 30th anniversary!
